Mô tả việc làm

– Quote to customer (estimate labor time for making control cabinet, work with suppliers about specs to get cost for electrical components…) when get customer’s drawing for RFQ (request for quotation)
– Advise specs. to QC to inspect electrical components.
– Create assembly 3D model support for making assembly instruction
– Using management software (ERP)
-Create Wire Harness fixture.
-Can build load tester to adapt control cabinet product required.
– Weekly meeting with US team for report and job discussion
– Using 3D software to create 3D assembly of control cabinet. Following schematic from customer’s drawing, can simulate from points to points/ wires to wires, create drawing for making separate wire harness that wire harness will be assembled inside control cabinet in mass production.
– Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng

Bachelor degree of Electrical/Mechatronic Engineer or relevant.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
Proficient in reading and understanding schematic drawings, engineering drawings.
Has experience about electrical components (PLC, relay, contactor, SSR, power unit….Schneider, Omron, ABB…)
– Used to design/work project for making control cabinet.
– Has knowledge about UL (Underwriters Laboratories)
– Experience in maintenance for control cabinet.
1 Year in working with mass production/Manufacturing environment and 2 years in relating field.
Experience on work instruction/ operation method
Experience on Autodek Vault, Inventor Wire Harness, UL508 in a plus.
Aware of document control
Able to work independently.
Carefully and attention to detail
Organizing skills, Report skill
Trouble shooting skill, problem analysis
