$2500/month salary awaits! We’re hiring a Sales Director (Machinery), ID17774) for a foreign investment company:
Build and sustain a dedicated team across sales, customer service, and technical support functions, while nurturing talent for future growth.
Formulate strategic plans tailored to the Vietnamese market.
Guide the commercial team in driving growth, particularly in packaging (with a focus on strapping and wrapping) and in coding and marking sectors.
Personally manage and expand relationships with key end-user accounts.
Continuously gather market insights to support effective decision-making.
Explore both online and offline channels to maximize lead generation and accelerate deal closures.
Establish a structured action plan with regular performance reviews to ensure strong outcomes.
Expand and oversee a robust network of local distribution partners.
Collaborate closely with local finance personnel and the regional manufacturing team.
Requirement
Male, Age: 35- 45 years old
Graduated from the University
05 years of experience selling Machines/Machinery, solutions for packaging in FMCG, pharmaceutical, Wood, construction, and Paper industry, including 03 years in the same position
