Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Managing Director (Hospitality):
Oversee all hotel operations to ensure efficient and effective performance across departments.
Conduct regular meetings and briefings with department heads to align operational goals.
Ensure compliance with all SOPs, policies, and service standards.
Lead key property initiatives including capital projects, renovations, and guest service improvements.
Manage customer relations, handle escalated complaints, and oversee service recovery processes.
Develop and implement the annual Operating Budget, Sales & Marketing Plan, and Capital Expenditure Plan.
Drive profitability by monitoring revenue performance and cost-control measures.
Set short and long-term strategic goals for the property, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
Analyze daily business reports and respond with actionable strategies.
Interpret P&L statements and make data-driven decisions to improve financial outcomes.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of managing large-scale hotel operations.
Strong planning, leadership, and financial management skills.
Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability and a focus on results.
