Dream Job Alert! $1.300/month salary awaits! We’re hiring a Logistics Solutions Specialist (Air & Ocean Freight, ID 17715) for a foreign investment company.
Logistics Analysis & Solution Consulting
Work closely with customers to identify their air freight and ocean freight requirements.
Propose flexible, cost-effective transportation solutions based on market conditions and the company’s service capabilities.
Support the Sales team in developing customized proposals and strategies for each Key Account.
Solution Design & Implementation
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Pricing, Customer Service) to design optimized transportation plans tailored to each customer.
Monitor and update international freight rates, Incoterms, customs policies, and other factors affecting transportation.
Assist in implementing warehouse and intermodal transport optimization initiatives.
Performance Management & Service Improvement
Track transportation KPIs and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of logistics solutions.
Recommend improvements to increase accuracy, reduce lead time, and optimize logistics costs.
Provide training and support to the Sales team on logistics products and solutions.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
Resolve issues related to freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international transport.
Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirement
Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international transportation (Air Freight / Ocean Freight).
Preferably experienced in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, Logistics companies, or international carriers (airlines/shipping lines).
In-depth knowledge of air & ocean freight processes, Incoterms, and import-export documentation.
Proven experience in consulting logistics solutions for corporate clients.
